Alvopetro Energy CEO Corey Ruttan joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company’s third-quarter 2026 financial results and operational progress across its Brazilian natural gas assets. The company reported a strong quarter, with sales volumes averaging 2,966 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd), revenue of $19.3 million and funds flow from operations of $14.3 million. Alvopetro achieved a realized natural gas price of $11.49 per thousand cubic feet (Mcf), generating an operating netback of $60.87 per boe and an operating netback margin of 86%. Natural gas, oil and condensate revenue rose 36% from a year earlier to $19.3 million, on higher sales volumes and higher realized prices. Ruttan also provided an update on drilling at the company’s wholly owned Murucututu natural gas field, where Alvopetro has completed the 183-G2 well to a total measured depth of 3,189.8 metres. Based on open-hole logging results, the well encountered 96.9 metres of potential net natural gas pay in the Caruaçu Member of the Maracangalha Formation. The potential pay interval showed average porosity of 11.7% and average water saturation of 29.7%, using the company's stated geological cut-offs. The well was drilled from the newly constructed 183-G well pad, which is being connected to the Murucututu production facility. The tie-in is expected to be completed in early 2027. Alvopetro plans to complete the well across up to 13 intervals, with production targeted to begin in the first quarter of 2027. The company has also completed the 183-H2 well in five intervals. Following an initial four-day cleanup period, the well flowed at an average rate of 17.2 thousand cubic metres per day, equivalent to approximately 0.6 million cubic feet per day or 101 boepd. Flowing wellhead pressure averaged 3,146 kPa, or 457 psi, while the cleanup recovered 2,280 barrels of completion fluids and 102 barrels of natural gas liquids. Alongside its drilling program, Alvopetro is progressing upgrades to its Murucututu production facilities. The project is designed to increase production facility and pipeline offtake capacity from 150 thousand cubic metres per day to 600 thousand cubic metres per day, with completion expected in early 2027. At the Caburé field, the company plans to sidetrack one unfinished well from its 2025 capital program later in the fourth quarter. #proactiveinvestors #alvopetroenergyltd #tsxv #alv #otcqx #alvof #OilAndGas #Energy #Brazil #Murucututu #Cabure #Q3Results #EnergyInvesting
